Prepare the property for assessment
Tell us whether the property will be empty or furnished and when belongings will be removed. Include the number of rooms, current condition and any agreed cleaning checklist you want the provider to assess.
Agree kitchens, bathrooms and extras
Ask about kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, accessible dusting and floors. Specify appliance interiors, empty cupboards, inside windows and specialist floor cleaning separately. Cleaning work does not include repairing damaged fixtures or finishes.
Coordinate the handover
Confirm keys, water, electricity and the period between moving out and handover. Keep a written record of the agreed scope. The provider is responsible for the cleaning work they accept; this service cannot guarantee a separate tenancy or deposit outcome.
